As the energetic founding principal of BRANDiac Strategies (formerly STOUTStrategies), Stacy knows a thing or two or twelve about enthusiastically building business, relationships and brands. In her previous work lives, Stacy held marketing director positions for two prominent architectural firms and a leading general contractor, in addition to marketing strategist roles for advertising firms and clients.

No matter where clients or creatives roam, Stacy is an expert at using her boss lady skills to wrangle the focus to marketing strategy and outcomes. When she’s not busy developing brands and opportunities for clients, Stacy can be found heading up her two kids’ soccer banquets and PTA fundraisers, wine sipping, or simply taking charge of anything in need of leadership.

“Gotta’-Know-Jo” is the consummate brand and marketing detective, whether she is digging into the latest industry trends or uncovering a client’s authentic brand story. As an award-winning copywriter and marketing communications professional with more than 20 years of experience developing both consumer and business-to-business brands and campaigns, Jo has driven branding efforts for multiple industries including high tech, energy, transit and fitness. Our messaging guru and resident word geek, Jo’s never met a positioning statement she couldn’t whip into brand alignment or a tagline she couldn’t tweak into a snappy brand promise.

When not at work, Jo can be found using her outside voice inside the gym leading boot camp classes. Her inquiring mind leads her to hold an abnormal fascination with synonyms, the Kardashians and shoes.

When Karen started her life post college, she envisioned herself as a Pulitzer Prize winning poet, struggling as a hermit to bring meaning and empathy to others through her words. Instead, she started working for a media company where she quickly picked up a fascination with the consumer – along with an insatiable curiosity of who they are, why they do things, how they do things and what they think. Throughout her professional life, she’s been told that her unique ability to interpret hard-core analytics through her intuitive perspective has changed the course of things for the better.

When she’s not obsessing about the consumer, she’s being entertained by the youngest comedian she knows – her nine year old daughter. When her daughter is busy, Karen be found putting her creativity to use designing jewelry.

Reen is an award-winning creative professional with extensive expertise as a designer, art director and group manager of a corporate in-house graphics department. As the owner of Axtell Design, Reen has used her creative vision to produce success for a variety of clients and agencies for more than 20 years. Nicknamed the “thinking creative,” Reen is an expert at translating brand strategy into visual designs and logos that clearly represent a brand’s distinctive position and place.

In addition to her years of brand and marketing experience, Reen possesses scads of useless movie trivia knowledge.

Curtis, our web developer and online optimization specialist, leverages his expertise to create a unique digital presence for clients. As the founder of Trulium, Curtis brings a wealth of experience to help build client websites that align with brand and marketing strategies and support business growth.

When he’s not pushing out content for clients on the web, Curtis can be found pushing himself to his limits at 5 a.m. cardio-kickboxing classes or cycling extremely uncomfortable hill climbs.

Dena is our heavy-hitter when it comes to helping individuals and teams create a more robust, face-to-face presence with presentation and business development training and coaching. A former Dale Carnegie instructor and trainer and founder of Marketing Evolutions, Dena brings more than 20 years of experience in the architecture, engineering and construction industries. Dena’s expertise adds another dimension of brand alignment for clients to ensure that their teams walk, talk and deliver on their brand promise.

In addition to having endless enthusiasm for helping clients successfully pursue projects and improve their public speaking skills, Dena participates in charity bike rides and makes active industry connections in the Better Networking Through Skiing (BNTS) group she founded.
